SoftSuitCase then allows the User to expand, update,
edit and add other details; like full contact
information, flight information, ticket information,
invoicing, payments, special requests, changes,
remarks etc.
An Order can be used
to create Travel Offers, Invoices, E-Tickets and
many other options. The system has the ability to
send these by e-mail and keep track of the entire
process.
Using
all the information it has stored in the database,
SuitCase 2007 produces many types of Crystal
Reports; Sales, Revenue, Costs, etc. and these may
be by user, by period, by office, by destination, by
Carrier etc.
