The Front-Office System allows your clients to log in and browse through their itinerary, check their invoices, make payments and see their general account information. They may also check for visa and vaccination requirements and any last minute schedule changes.



Your business clients can keep track of their staff business trips; when they are leaving, where they are at the moment and when they are expected to return and any changes that may have been made to their itinerary
 

 


An Order has all the information sent by the Online Booking System or CRS like the PNR or multiple PNR’s, passenger names, flight segments, etc.
 

         
 

 
         
   

SuitCase 2007 then allows the User to expand, update, edit and add other details; like complete contact information, flight information, ticket information, invoicing, payments, special requests, changes, remarks etc.


An Order can then be used to create Travel Offers, Invoices, E-Tickets and many other options. The system has the ability to send these by e-mail and keep track of the entire process.

Using all the information it has stored in the database, SuitCase 2007 produces many types of Crystal Reports; Sales, Revenue, Costs, etc. and these may be by user, by period, by office, by destination, by Carrier etc.
